Butterfly Encounter

Explore a butterfly’s life cycle in detail, including all four stages of life, at this all NEW Butterfly Encounter at the Fulton County Fair! This exhibit is FREE with gate admission and will be an exciting event for all ages!

The Butterfly Encounter will be located at the north end of the fairgrounds (where the horse shoe pits were located), and will take place Saturday – Wednesday from 10 AM – 8 PM.

South Stage Entertainment

Pick up your favorite fair food and make your way to the south end of the fairgrounds for some great FREE entertainment at our south stage! See the entertainment schedule above.

 

The River Bend Band – In Concert

The Van-Dells

Saturday,  September 2, 2023 | 7:30 PM

The 2023 Futon County Fair just wouldn’t be complete with The Van-Dells. They have become a tradition and are a fan favorite, year after year. The Van-Dells are “The Nation’s #1 Rock & Roll Review.” They have been entertaining audiences of all ages with their unique blend of comedy, costume changes, choreography, and tight harmonies for close to 4 decades. The Van-Dells have been called “The Three Stooges set to music.” Don’t miss this high-energy group as they perform the best of ‘50s and ‘60s music.

Classic Car Display

Saturday, September 2, 2023, 5:00 PM

In the spirit of the 50s and 60s concert Saturday evening, we’ll have this unique display of classic cars. So stop by, appreciate these treasures from the past and enjoy the free concert featuring  The Van-Dell’s.  Due to limited space, this car display is by invitation only.

Six-Horse Hitch Team

Heritage Hill Farms will have a six-horse hitch on the grounds from Saturday, September 2 – Tuesday, September 5. Come see these beautiful animals up-close on the south end of the fairgrounds. The six-horse hitch will parade daily around the fairgrounds, don’t miss it!

Labor Day Country Concert

Labor Day Monday, September 4, at 7 PM

Dust off your cowboy hat and get ready for a night immersed in the classics this Labor Day, when country legend Josh Turner takes the stage with special guest Emily Ann Roberts. With his deep bass voice, Turner has sold more than six and a half million records, reached 4.8 billion global streams, and has become a favorite and unforgettable hitmaker on country radio, Some of his timeless hits include “Long Black Train,” “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” “Your Man,” and “Hometown Girl.”
