Celebrating 168 years

The Fulton County Fair has a long and proud history that stretches back more than 165 years, rooted in the traditions of agriculture, family, and community. From its earliest days, the fair served as a gathering place for neighbors to showcase livestock, crops, and homemaking skills while celebrating the rich farming heritage of Northwest Ohio. Over the decades, the fair has grown from a small local exhibition into one of the largest county fairs in the state, blending its agricultural foundation with world-class entertainment, thrilling rides, and beloved traditions that bring generations together year after year.

Through wars, economic changes, and times of progress, the fair has remained a constant, always adapting while keeping agriculture at its heart. Today, it is recognized as one of Ohio’s most attended and cherished fairs, attracting visitors from across the region and beyond. In 2025, the Fulton County Fair proudly broke its all-time attendance record, welcoming over 340,000 visitors during fair week. This milestone not only reflects the fair’s enduring popularity but also honors the generations of volunteers, exhibitors, and supporters who have helped shape its legacy as the “Top of Ohio” fair.
