Fair Camping
2027 Fair Camping Payment Information
Campsite Fees & Deadlines
Campsite payment: $300.00 per unit, plus the purchase of one Season Pass.
Payments will be accepted beginning September 8, 2026 and must be received by May 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM.
Any payment received by mail after May 31, 2027 must be postmarked on or before May 31, 2027.
Failure to make payment by May 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM will result in forfeiture of the campsite, with no exceptions.

Dropped off at the Fair Office during business hours
Placed in the drop box outside the Fair Office after hours

Please note: The Fair is not responsible for mail delays. Please mail payments accordingly.
Camping contracts will NOT be issued until payment is received.
NO payment reminders or notifications regarding unpaid balances will be sent.
Per Ohio Revised Codes R.C. 1711.071 and R.C. 1711.091(A), no payment shall be made directly to any director.
