Preliminary Request for Outside Space (form opens April 1st).

Important Information

  • Submitting a request form does NOT guarantee you a space. Do not send payment. 

  • This form is a preliminary request for an outside space (stand alone spot along midway/walkway areas) during the annual Fulton County Fair.

  • All new approvals are dependent on any cancellations of last year’s vendors and will not be considered until after July 1.

  • Selling raffle tickets is not allowed, but you may solicit names for drawings for free gifts. All advertising must be within your paid space.

Pricing

Food

  • $30 per frontage ft., includes awning and tongue

  • Minimum $600 plus electric charge

Games

  • $22 per frontage ft. includes awning and tongue

  • No minimum charge for footage, but minimum charge of $40 for electric

Commercial

  • $17 per frontage ft., includes awning and tongue 

  • Minimum of $200 plus $40 electric

 

Every vendor will pay a $40 minimum electrical charge for each space. Vendors using more than 20 Amps will be charged for actual usage (50 Amps maximum).
