The Junior Fair represents an active group of youth, and dedicated adults, who learn valuable skills that translate into positive, life-long traits and character. In addition to a variety of projects and judging – from dresses to dairy cows, and woodworking to wool – the Junior Fair offers numerous events and activities throughout Fair Week.

Back in the day, the county fair was a way to celebrate the hard efforts of the summer by coming together and displaying the crops from the fields and the delectables from the kitchen. The same is true over 165 years later. We welcome all to come and enjoy and enter your talents in a variety of classes. Senior Fair Open classes are open to Fulton County residents as well as non-Fulton County residents.

So maybe your thumb isn’t green, or your mom won’t let you keep a pig in the garage, not to worry. The Fulton County Fair has a host of contests that Fairgoers can participate in. Take a look; try one or two each year.
jr. fair livestock auction
We invite individuals, groups, and businesses to bid on these locally raised lambs, hogs, goats, poultry, rabbits and cattle. All proceeds go directly to the individual 4-H and FFA exhibitors. The livestock sale is a Buyer Contribution Sale, anyone can participate.
