The Fulton County Fair Board is seeking applications to fill Auxiliary positions. Auxiliary members work with the Fair Board to maintain the fairgrounds and prepare for the annual fair. These positions involve a moderate time commitment, especially leading up to the annual fair. If you are interested and want additional information, please contact Tracy Bentley at 419.452.7278.

Fulton County Auxiliary By-Laws:
1. Auxiliary members serve as volunteers and shall be appointed and approved by the Fair Board. Auxiliary members must be members of the Fulton County Agricultural Society. A spouse of a director may not serve on the Auxiliary Board.
2. Auxiliary Members terms of service shall be for a period of three years. Terms shall be so arranged that one third (1/3) shall expire annually. Terms of service shall be from the first Saturday in March to the last day of February of the year the term ends.
3. Members must be willing to commit to fair week as a minimum time commitment. Members will be encouraged to attend work days/nights.
4. Each Auxiliary member will be assigned to work with a director. This will be their primary responsibility. Members will also be expected to assist any director at any time if available.
5. Any grievances which might occur must be brought to the attention of the Auxiliary Committee at once.
6. Auxiliary members DO NOT have the authority to speak for the Fair Board, nor rule on any questions or problems which may arise. Any problems or questions must be directed to the appropriate director.
7. Auxiliary members have no voting rights; however, members are encouraged to attend board meetings and give input
